The Guided Island Experience invites guests to immerse themselves in this beautiful island paradise. Begin with a Sealegs ferry transfer before setting out on a guided buggy tour, exploring the island’s rich history, native flora and fauna, and future vision, all from the comfort of your own electric buggy. The journey concludes at our hatted Samphire Restaurant, where a curated banquet dining experience showcases the region’s finest local produce.

Our menu is designed around the abundance of locally sourced seafood, which is at the heart of our dining experience. While we are happy to accommodate dietary requirements where possible, we are unable to completely opt out of seafood across all menu offerings.
To ensure we can properly cater to your experience, all dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking. Given our remote island location and carefully curated supply, we are unable to guarantee accommodation of dietary requests not provided in advance.
